Finally moved into the new shop. No more rent. Just as I was moving I got several requests for work. This put a rush onto the move and I finally started building things other than buildings. Got started on my first project (some coffee tables, end tables, dining table, a bench and a lazy susan and on the first day the motor on my planer burned out. $2000 for a new one shipped in from Germany or a day trip to Castlegar and $400 for a re-wind. Hmmmm? What to do? Castlegar here I come. Motor was returned and was installed by the electrician. Work is once again underway and I think looking good. The only problem is trying to remember where I put everything when I moved.
